• Once the project has entered the execution phase (i.e., design, development, research, or coding has begun), no cancellations will be accepted.

• In case of retainer services (monthly/annual plans), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been delivered as per the agreed scope of work and milestones.

  • A formal written request is made stating valid and verifiable reasons for dissatisfaction.

  • There is a clear failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeline from our end.

• Partial Refunds may be offered if work has started, but only for the portion not yet completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain name registration and renewal

• Web hosting services

• Third-party software/license purchases

• Customized solutions or one-time development charges after work has begun

• Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted

4. Quality Concerns or Disputes

• If you feel the delivered service does not meet the standards or scope promised, please raise a concern within 14 days of delivery.

• Our team will assess the issue, and where justified, offer revision, rework, or partial refund based on mutual discussion.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used.

• Delays may occur depending on your payment provider or bank policies.
